METIS (METIS)

DESCRIPTION

METIS is the native utility token of the Metis Andromeda platform, an Ethereum Layer 2 scaling solution designed to support decentralised applications (dApps) and decentralised autonomous organisations (DAOs). Metis utilises Optimistic Rollup technology to offer fast, low-cost transactions while maintaining the security of the Ethereum mainnet. The METIS token is integral to the Metis ecosystem, serving multiple functions such as staking to secure the network, participating in governance decisions, and paying for transaction fees on the platform. Additionally, METIS tokens can be used to create and manage DAOs, offering users a versatile and powerful tool for building decentralised organisations.
